I'm a former PR executive with Touchwood PR, an artist, and an award-winning cake designer. My husband Tim and I, along with our dog Walt, are residents of Prince Edward County. If you are interested, you can click HERE for a post I wrote on how and why we ended up in this amazing place.
We are often asked for recommendations on what to do in The County, so, a few years ago - I put this little "insider" site together to illustrate some of what we love to see and do here and it turned into a very organic passion project. However, throughout the process, I've learned that it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to keep up! There are just sooooo many fabulous businesses opening here ALL of the time.
So! That brings me to this. As this organic/creative project continues to evolve, I've decided to concentrate as much as I can on doing what I love - capturing the spirit and essense of the people in this region who inspire me daily through illustrations. I LOVE, love surprising people with illustrations of them, I love shouting out how great I think people are. And I truly love the challenge of trying to capture their personality and character. For the time being, I will still include mentions of things that we love to see and to here - but my focus will be more on illustrations.
